Administrative Support for the Construction Industry
So, you've managed to land that big project. Now, how to make sure you
stay on top of the paperwork for it? That's where PC-Admin-Services comes
in. For as little as 1/10% of your contract amount ($100 per $100,000),
we'll provide basic project administration support. Owner contract, monthly
billings, and up to 3 change orders are included in the basic support amount.
Need more substantial support? Add any of the following options to the
basic support package, or mix and match any services you need. All
services are available on either an hourly or project-based basis, and free
written estimates are available upon request.

- Meeting Minutes
- Transcription of all jobsite meetings, including faxed distribution (you
provide the project list)
- Closeout Documents
- Let PC-Admin-Services take over the time-consuming task of collecting
your closeout documents.
- Contact Management
- Have a stack of business cards that you can't seem to keep track of?
We'll enter the information into your Contact Management software for you,
at a competitive price.
- Billing
- The number one way to improve your cash-flow is to make sure your
billing is done on a timely basis. If you're having trouble finding
the time to do your billings, PC-Admin-Services can help. Let us do
your monthly billings, while you concentrate on growing your business.
- Bookkeeping
- Whether you use StarBuilder or QuickBooks, PC-Admin-Services can help
with your a/p needs, whether on a regular basis, or as one-time help during
rush periods.
- Lien Filing Services
- Paying too much to file liens? PC-Admin-Services now offers lien
