Other Counties: Call us with what you need--if we can file it, we can give you a price Fees include applicable courthouse filing fees for each lien. Rates are based upon PAS Lien Services receiving the Lien Order Form at least 7 business (not including holidays) days prior to the final legal date to file a lien. If PAS receives an Order Form with fewer than 5 business days between the date of the form and the final legal lien date, PAS will, if it accepts the order, impose an additional rush filing fee of $20 per lien. PAS will waive the rush filing fee if the ordering Company has already given PAS enough information to allow PAS to research the property at the beginning of the project. |
